Working in the Silviculture industry for several years informed an athletic edge and Mira has many pearls to share in injury rehabilitation, rest and optimal athletic achievement. Her aim is to draw upon this holistic tool belt in a way that gently guides you back into alignment.

At least 2,500 years before Psychology began in Western Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine was addressing and treating injuries of the body, mind and spirit. Mira was pleased, after a dissillusioning experiance during her Psychology degree, the solid support Traditional Chinese Medicine provided and the in-depth understanding portrayed in classics about not only physical ailements but all Psychological concerns. Integral to this ancient medicine are well-established models which mirror the gut-brain axis Western Medicine is just beginning to understand. There are also specific syndromes and treatments available, for all mental health concerns, these protocols treat the root. Clinical experience has so far shown Mira that embodied distress is the great block between experiencing and co-creating with all that life has to offer. This is a special area of interest to her. She honors that all options have their strength and weakness. Her practice intends to support you in the present and integrate the past for a nourishing future.

Earth Dragon has reverence for the cycles of nature and deep compassion. With the power of deep excavation and the hypnagoic state Acupuncture creates; we can get to the root of the issue and cultivate deep transformative shifts.

Mira’s approach in practice is to act as your midwife of transformation, to offer support through Acupuncture, Counselling, breath work and lifestyle, diet and excercise recommendations.

"In the lives of all humans, Heaven brings forth the Essence, and Earth brings forth the Form. By matching these two up, humanity exists. Harmony means life; absence of harmony means absence of life."
